Hello Everyone,
It's hot on the Oregon Coast! Well the temperature is only 58 degrees but the real estate market is getting hot. Interest rates are great, prices have fallen and the inventory is fabulous. All over Coos County, down along the southern Oregon Coast, things are starting to happen. Buyers are appearing in great numbers, both local buyers and out-of-staters. It's really time to list your home or buy the one you've been waiting for. Last weekend I held an open house and 20 groups of buyers came through and by the next day two offers came in.
