Subdivided the residence and approx. 10 acres became a beautiful club house for the Colo Vista Golf Course. Lots were platted and sold along the course.

I recently sold a beautiful custom home on a couple of acres in the lower portion of the subdivision that offered some flat pasture land and some native tree cover. Smithville is located approximately 13 miles southeast of Bastrop on Highway 71 and just over the Colorado River on Loop 230.
