Yesterday I previewed a Fannie Mae Homepath property we have listed in our office that is a large home and a horse set up on 14 +/- acres in Coupland just east of Austin. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It sits on top of a small hill and has huge views of the surrounding countryside. It appears that the home has some foundation issues which is common in the shifting soils here in Texas but that is the only visible problem that I saw. It seems to be in great shape besides that.
