It's been nearly a week and my, how things have changed! I wrote about my awesome Dad and how he saved my Mom's life at their home one week ago today. If you didn't read the post, my parents were watching the ECU-Virginia Tech game and my mother had a massive heart attack. Earlier in the week, I wrote about a Seller who had phoned to have me list her home in the $2.5-$3m price range in PRIME Charlotte. I found out at the appointment that I was competing with some hard- hitting REALTORS in the area and was rather 'stunned' if you will, because I thought they had already researched and found who they wanted to list their home--ME!
