Brand Me, Baby! A HUGE Thank You to Fellow AR Members... I have been wonderfully busy and have not had a chance to share my newest ActiveRain story with you...So without further ado... A Goodbye to My Favorite Lender...but, Hello to a New ActiveRain Member!
Recently NC lending laws made a change that disallows lenders from working from out-of-state offices--they must have brick and mortar office space, occupied 40 hours per week within the state of North Carolina. My lender's broker is not willing to make that investment for only one of his lending staff to work out-of-state. I was devastated, to say the least!

Okay, So I Just HAD to Have One--A Personalized, BRANDED Facebook Page!I always try to FAN my friends' business pages on Facebook--peer support is so important in our market and those who 'fan' me always put a smile on my face so, I like to pay it back!So, last week, I was zipping through my emails and received a friend (fan) request from a fellow ActiveRain member, Dez Daniels, with whom I had not connected on her business page.
