What Is Customer Service What Is Customer Service?
My philosophy in life always reverts back to The Golden Rule (Do unto others as you would have them do unto you).  As a former registered nurse, I practiced medicine with that philosophy, as well as treating my patients as though they were a beloved family member.  I often found myself worrying about my patients, as if they were my family!
Real estate is certainly no different—customer service is of utmost importance in this business—operating a business by my Golden Rule standards, I’ve discovered is the only way to go!  Many agents that … (62 comments)

Why Charlotte NC?  Well, Why NOT?!
H istorically, Charlotte was perceived as a textile center and now, more recently, a banking center. While Charlotte remains proud of the industries with which it has been associated over the years, this small, segmented stereotype sells the city's economy short. Diverse business interests shelter Charlotte from side effects resulting from slowdowns in certain sectors, corporate mergers and buyouts and other … (14 comments)
