national organization for women: N.O.W and Oprah have Let Us Down - Part I - 09/06/08 08:27 AM

Born on the tail end of the 50's, I grew up in the 60s and 70s watching women burning their bras, fighting for equal rights, demanding to be heard, and rallying women to the cause of sisterhood. We were 80s Ladies and singer K.T. Oslin did a great job of crafting words and music that basically reflected our lives. I hope you'll take a moment to listen to one of my very favorite song writers/singers and the song that so aptly describes what has happened to most women since the 50s.
