Yesterday I felt as if I was in a basic Flooring 101 class. I manage a property for an out of state owner. This owner has been working with the local Home Depot to have new flooring installed in two of her townhomes.The owner has chosen a vinyl plank flooring to be installed and due to some scheduling issues the townhomes are being completed on different dates. I have met Home Depot on three different occasions to measure the units, last week we had the materials delivered, scheduled with flooring installers and plumbers. Yay! We have made progress!
