I asked myself this question the other day when gas prices jumped up 10 cents/gallon in O'Fallon, Missouri. This morning, while listening to the radio, the broadcaster asked the same question and then gave us the answer. Are you ready for this...? Here is is: Gas prices went up because the big guys in charge are "thinking about" lowering production. Did you get that? "thinking about"! The lowering of production hasn't actually taken place, and it might not even happen. However, they are "thinking about" it... I don't know about other areas, but in my area (around O'Fallon, Missouri) I'm starting to see a lot of investors putting offers on homes. I think it's great! Many homes out there are priced really well, and the interest rates are still low - and I hear that they may be going lower... There are also some great plans for first-time homebuyers! I don't get it. The oil prices are still going down, but gas prices jumped up 10 cents overnight in O'Fallon, Missouri. Why?
