Wow, just heard on the radio that interest rates for mortgage are at an all-time low!  Lowest rate in DECADES!  4.5% or LOWER!  Plus, the home prices have dropped to incredible lows and there is plenty of inventory.  It may be possible to buy the home of your dreams at an unheard of price and an unheard of interest rate!  If you have a higher interest rate on an existing mortgage, check NOW to see if you qualify for a lower, refinanced rate.   For all of those people who can't qualify for a mortgage right now, prices for rentals are rising … (2 comments)

Extension of Tax Credit? Happy Father's Day! - 06/18/10 10:25 PM
The U.S. Senate voted Wednesday to extend the home buyer tax credit closing deadline to Sept. 30, giving an estimated 180,000 buyers who met the contract deadline of April 30 extra time to close the transaction.  The measure must still be approved by the House.
