social media: Brand Yourself on Social Media Sites - 09/24/09 08:45 AM
Okay, we all know that social media is big right now. If you’re going to get involved, it’s best if you can keep your user name the same on all of the different social media sites. This make is easier for people to find you and helps you promote your “brand” more consistently. There’s an easy way to check and see if the user name you want is available on many different sites. The good news is there’s an easy way to solve this dilemma

social media: Tools To Tame Twitter - 11/18/08 05:22 PM
More and more real estate agents are using Twitter. This social networking tool helps you connect to other agents and the public, you can expand your business, share ideas and it's fun. It has one major negative . . . it can be a giant black hole for your time. Well, maybe you're better at managing your time than I am, but I find that I sit down just to read a few tweets and the next thing I know an hour has flown by. That's when I realized if I was going to continue being part of the Twitterati, I
