Was just thinking about some recent closings I have had...
We are in a market that ended 2010 with about 70% of the solds being
distressed...meaning either a short sale or an REO.  
This year I have been involved in 4 transactions already where the seller had equity in their home.  
I don't know if last year total I had 4 sellers who had equity!
I think this is a possible shift in the Nampa Idaho Market....now prices are still low...and pretty much most sellers don't haveequity in their homes these days..

LOL  I am amazed though at how many kids are baby sat by videos and DVD's!  
They are influenced by it all!

RIP Granny Millie! - 04/19/11 02:17 PM
I got a call today during a walk thru with clients of mine from my Dad!
My granny passed away....very unexpectedly!    She got pneumonia and although they sent her to the assisted living home where she lived they had to take her by ambulance back to the hospital and she just wasn't strong enough!  
She will be greatly missed....by her 4 children, 13 grandchildren and way to many to count great grand children.....I think it must be about 24 great grand children and I know of at least one great great grand child.....What a legacy she leaves behind!

Pressurized Irrigation 2011 Season to Begin Soon in Nampa and Caldwell Idaho - 04/05/11 06:52 PM
It is the time of the year to water lawns in Nampa and Caldwell Idaho....
The rainy season the past month has helped to start greening up lawns but in order to keep those Nampa and Caldwell lawns green homeowners must start watering their lawns.
Irrigation canals will start filling up with water from the Boise River on April 8th and the regular irrigation seasons for both Pioneer Irrigation and Nampa Meridian Irrigation will begin April 15th!
As the canals fill up...parents remember to keep your children away from the canals...we don't need any accidents this year.

I have been blogging pretty consistently since February of 2010.    I had joined Active Rain July of 2009 but i pretty much just lurked when i should have been working it!!
I got the blog itch and went from there....
I got real consistent last fall with a number of consistency 30 day challenges....
Now blogging is a lot easier...typically i will write 10 blogs a week but always a blog a day!   Not always does it get posted every day though!
It has been fun to see how my  internet footprint has increased...
