I recently started a coaching program again at my Keller Williams Realty Boise Office.
Last week was the first meeting with Polly Powell.
We went over all of the goal setting exercises you would expect to review with your coach!
She also suggested that I take the Tony Robbins Personal Strength Profile.

We all know that it is the Christmas season when we hear the bells a ringing. Salvation Army Bell Ringers provide an important service every year to many. I like to drop my change into the buckets around town....I did this yesterday when I snapped this picture. It doesn't take a lot....but every coin will help to continue on the services of the Salvation Army in Nampa Idaho offers to many. Every year we have so much to be thankful for at our Nampa Idaho Keller Williams Office. For our office giving back is simply the Culture of our Company.... Some years we have brought in items for the Nampa Family Justice Center Another year we adopted a family that an agent in our office told us about ....between 3 family members having MS and Mom having Cancer and Dad having lost his job...they were the logical charity that year... KW Boise was out in full force today from 10-6 at the Treasure Valley area Fred Meyers stores! We collected items for the following Charities: Nampa Family Justice Center Hope House Idaho Food Bank Horizon Elementry Women's and Childrens Alliance Keller Williams Realty Boise agents passed out flyers to customers who were already shopping today... Customers brought back items from the list and we filled up grocery carts!! When I left the Nampa Fred Meyers store we had gathered about 10 very full carts worth of stuff!! Friday the 13th...... Scary isn't it? Well for the agents in Nampa Idaho who work for Keller Williams It is a pretty exciting day! We are celebrating RED Day! Renew, Energize and Donate! For the 3rd year in a row we are giving back to our community! Our KW Boise office decided to continue on with the project we started last year.... In the past some of the blogs I have written have talked about this phrase.... What You Focus on Expands!!! This is a very telling quote that many who have attended Keller Williams' Bold classes have learned. On the surface it is a nice ooey gooey quote.... But when one digs down a bit and really thinks hard about what this means ....it becomes very powerful. I finally made the time to decorate my little office.... I had moved across the hall last fall before I left on a 5 week break for a surgery and recovery.... Fast forward to returning to work...and jumping in with both feet....business is good...well actually business is awesome and I have worked many late nights with clients lately....a very good thing! Keith Vermilyea Keith and I met last summer so I could introduce him to Active Rain and he tried it out....but didn't do a whole lot....last month he contacted me again about getting a "refresher" course. I was just looking at some of the blogs of many I have met here on Active Rain as well as the number of Realtors I have met on Facebook..... One thing I don't always know how to go about is how do I acknowledge the friendship.....I was curious what those of you active here do.... First off you might be wondering what is a DOFI?? A DOFI is what we call at Keller Williams a Director of First Impressions.....or our front desk receptionist! Isn't that a great job title?? And it is so aptly named....at another Real Estate office my broker used to say it correctly....the first person that anyone has contact with is our Receptionist....if she is cranky or short or rude then they may think all of us are that way! At Keller Williams Realty Boise we have weekly team meetings. Every week at our team meeting we go over our Mission Statement the WI4C2T's. Today we talked about TRUST. We had quite the lively conversation regarding trust ....In this market more than any other time I have been licensed in Real Estate the past 16 years it is of the utmost of importance. On May 14th over 100 local real estate agents from the Keller Williams Boise offices located in both Nampa Idaho and Boise Idaho gave up their day to help raise donations for local charities. We set up at all 6 Fred Meyer stores in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
