Here are the prices of the sold homes from last week: $330K, $355K, $518,500, $535K, $585K, $716K, and $1,275K. The average days on market was just 85 days and the average original list to sales price was 91%. 6 Tahoe Donner homes went under contract last week. There is now a total of 36 Tahoe Donner homes under contract! 5 homes sold last week - 1 for $435K, 1 for $625K, 1 for $640K, 1 for $685K, and 1 for $714K.
