They were on the market an average of 42 days and the average original list to sales price was 91%. 2 homes went pending last week - 1 listed for $499K and 1 listed for $394,900. There are now 20 Tahoe Donner homes under contract. 5 new homes came on the market this past week. The inventory is still quite low for Tahoe Donner and we are still seeing some activity with home sales. 2 more homes went under contract this week - 1 listed in the $600K range and 1 listed in the $700K range. There is now a total of 20 Tahoe Donner homes in escrow. No homes sold this past week in Tahoe Donner. 1 new home came on the market. There are now 76 single family homes listed. There is about 3.8 months of inventory remaining and the absorption rate is around 26%. The number of homes listed in Tahoe Donner is very low. There are only 75 active single family homes on the market. 3 new homes came on the market last week. 7 Tahoe Donner homes went pending - 2 in the $300K range, 2 in the $400K range, 1 in the $800K and 3 over $1 mil. There are now 20 homes in escrow! 1 home sold in Tahoe Donner last week.
