Inventory is starting to go down a little and there are now 141 single family homes listed in Tahoe Donner. Just 2 new homes came on the market last week. 2 homes sold in Tahoe Donner last week. The sold prices were $415K and $515K. The homes were on the market an average of 57 days and the average original list to sales price was 88%. Lots of activity with home sales in Tahoe Donner! 6 homes went pending last week. 32 Tahoe Donner homes are now in escrow. 3 homes sold last week - sold prices were $510K, $608K, and $690K. The homes were on the market an average of 56 days. The average original list to sales price was 94%. 5 new Tahoe Donner homes came on the market last week to make a total of 152 active single family homes listed.
