The first graph shows the average price/square foot for home sales in each area. The second graph shows the number of homes sold for the first quarter in each area.

Lots of activity with home sales in Tahoe Donner this past month! 20 homes sold during October 28-November 28, 2010. The lowest priced home sold for $250K and the most expensive home sold for $1,790,000. The average days on market was 88 days. 33 Tahoe Donner homes are currently in escrow. Inventory has come down a bit in Tahoe Donner and there are now 102 homes listed. Last month there were 141 homes on the market.
