It's so refreshing to hear the upbeat news coming out of the media, because we Realtors all know what a profound impact the news has on the buying and selling and otherwise Real Estate related population.   I'm so excited to take listings knowing that the spring market is coming - but not only that -  that potential buyers and sellers are not weighted down by the fact that they MIGHT be making a bad decision if they aren't following what seems to be the conventional wisdom of the radio, papers and internet news sites.

I have, as an example a lovely new listing that I'm going to post the video of here.   I haven't been posting to Active Rain long enough to know for sure whether I'll be fired at (or fired!) for this.  But if you're like me (and I know I AM) you'll understand how there are times when you just take a chance on behalf of your clilents.

I know without a doubt, that my seller client is interested in getting as much exposure as possible for her sweet and charming cape that I've recently listed.   So.....     cowering slight     Here goes!
