I just finished watching HGTV's "What's With That Really Expensive House?" and there was a house featured in the program that I have been in. The program visited 5 homes from all over the US ranging from $22,000,000 to $79,000,000. Three of them were waterfront homes, and all had amazing amenities, with the most expensive one (0 comments)

Recently some Buyer Clients called me to let me know that they were back in Seattle and ready to see the new listing I had emailed them Friday night. Their analysis reflects what Seattle Real Estate Agents have been experiencing in the trenches of the 2006 Real Estate Market in Seattle.
