Update on "My Foster found her Forever Home".  As mentioned in my previous post, this was a sad yet vaery happy day.  My foster found her forever home.  It has been pretty quiet around her over the last couple days with out.  Then this morning I received an email from Tootsie's new mom.

But what I found disturbing was that these policies typically cost 3 times the amount of ordinary property insurance policies, but can be up to 10 times the going rate.  These policies do not protect the homeowners from loss.  Only the lenders are covered and these policies typically do not carry deductibles.

My Foster found her forever home today.  “Tootsie” was her name. 
 A very shy, sweet little girl that was once very neglected.  She was very lucky to be rescued by Boxer Luv Rescue.  She was skinny, covered in ticks and had tick fever.  Boxer Luv took her, cleaned her up and treated her for the tick fever.  She was given lots of love and time to heal.  And then….her foster mom had to suddenly move.
