I just read though my Illinois Association of Realtors Newsletter and wanted to share this with you.  IAR put together a short and very informative video regarding the Federal First Time Buyers Tax Credit and President's Housing Recovery Plan.

I was reading Chris Fisher's heartbreaking post about what recently happened with one of her beloved cats. Chris is a wonderful, kind person, a very talented stager and web designer, and definitely a lover of four legged furry friends. As an animal lover myself, it made quite an impression on me.

New Foreclosure Help Website - 03/12/09 10:14 AM
Freddie Mac just put up a NEW and very informative website called "Avoiding Foreclosure Resource Center".  It is updated with all of the latest information for homeowners who are having a challenge keeping up with their mortgage payments.  There are also sections dealing with working with foreclosure attorneys, information on loan modifications, fraud protection, buying foreclosures, and much more great info!
 
The government is also putting upa new site that is currently in the works, called FinancialStability.com.
 
The Treasury Department also has an interesting website, Emergency Economic Stabilization Act.
