According to an article in the Wall Street Journal 5/6/2008 written By CYRIL MOULLE-BERTEAUX, "The Housing Crisis is OVER"!
So...for you buyers who have been fence sitting....I would advise you to think about getting off the fence and buy soon!
We never know that the market has truly bottomed out until it shows signs of being on it's way back up, that appears to be happening very soon.
