OK....so we, as Realtors, have known for quite a while that it is an EXCELLENT time to buy real estate:
-HIGH INVENTORY OF HOMES FOR SALE-LOT'S TO CHOOSE FROM! (Although, on a national level, inventory levels are starting to trend lower)
-HISTORICALLY LOW MORTGAGE INTEREST RATES
Together, these two reasons alone make NOW the most affordable time to buy real estate since WWII!
