Is now to time to buy your first home or buy a different home? It very well could be the best rates you will ever see in our history. The homes inventory is quite large and sellers have been poised by their agents to seriuosly consider any offers they get.
The record low interest rates make affording a home less expensive than renting. These rates will not stay low forever. The inventory of homes will not remain this good for very long as buyers approach spring and decide now may be the time to buy.

Have you noticed how short tempered and rude people have become? Not only have buyers and seller become so impatient with their high expectations but other agents as well do not extend common courtesies of saying please and thank you.
I have been in this business for 30+ years and have seen a huge change in this one area of business. It used to be when you spent time with someone on the phone or in person they really appreciated it and thanked you for your time.
