Lot of members in the Rain are signing up just as members (Rainers) with no paid account and limited services. If you look around you will see some members that have been around ActiveRain for years that are not Rainmakers either. A Lurker Sent Me A Referral A self-proclaimed ActiveRain Lurker in Florida called me a few weeks before Christmas to give me an referral. You Never Know Where You Will See an ActiveRain Friend Today was a day of education with a long day in the classroom taking the National Association of REALTORS® certification course called the MRP, Military Relocation Professional. I recommend this class if you want to learn more about selling to the military but have to admit I didn't hear much information that I haven't come across before while selling to a military population for 34 years.
