My Dear Fellow Realtors!  How many times have you been asked this very important question?  But, have you stopped to think what they are asking you... versus, what is really the truth!! 
You know my Reply to all my Clients is this: "Would you like that in: Dog Years, Human Years or, Realtor Years"!  (There is a difference!!)  Tell me Fellow Realtors, am I off base?????????
You see the way I calculate is this:  Statistic's say an Average Realtor in a "normal" economy....sells 10 properties a year!  Now, If I use this calculation to answer my Clients question... in"Realtor Years" I would … (4 comments)
