In today's real estate market, all the talk is about bank owned properties. They have played a huge part in falling prices for all areas, but even more so in developing areas that experienced large growth. For the Sacramento area, Natomas and Elk Grove were hit hard by this factor. It was not long ago though that our market was almost standing still as buyers were afraid to invest and have their investments drop value to a bottom that could only be speculated.
