My market survey is about El Dorado Hills, CA. The market here is brisk - my phone is ringing, sellers are selling and buyers are buying. In looking at our current housing market conditons, I would say, things are definitely starting to move - our sellers are reducing prices and buyers are buying. We are a small community with a population of around 25,000 and are located in the foothills east of Sacramento about 25 miles.Compared to last year at this time our inventory in all three categories of listings (REO's, Short Sales, and Regular Sales) is down between 21 and … (2 comments)
