El Dorado Hills Real Estate Market Trends Are there trends in the El Dorado Hills real estate market or not? In looking for real estate market trends in our market statistics we need 3 months of consistency.  Here are four El Dorado Hills graphs showing our price per square foot statistics for sold properties over the last 2 years.  The first graph shows all properties sold and includes REO (bank owned), Short Sale, and Regular (non-REO/non-Short Sale) Properties.
