Following is the El Dorado Hills Market from a 5 Year Perspective.  As you can see from the first two Trendgraphix graphs, our inventory is extremely low.  I believe it has attributed to the increase in price per square foot as well.
Though I'm not convinced yet we have seen the bottom, I believe we are close. Sellers - with inventory as low as it is, there may be an opportunity to get a little more for your home than you otherwise would.

Collection at the Welcome Center in El Dorado Hills Remi Vista, Inc., a private non-profit organization that supports foster children is having a toy drive to help make the holidays a little brighter for their children in placement. "Our need is for adolescent children right now – kids ages 9 – 18 years old. We have a few babies and toddlers, but the remainder of our kids are older. Speechless Sunday - A Beautiful Day in East Sacramento! - 12/05/11 12:39 AM

The streets in East Sacramento numbered from 40-47th are in an area referred to as the Fabulous Forties.  It is one of the most desirable areas of Sacramento.  Many of the homes were built in the early 1900s, especially in the 20s, 30s, and 40s.  Today my sister-in-law and I attended a holiday tour of homes here with 5 amazingly decorated homes.  What a beautiful day for it!
