I almost hate to use this quote source, what with the current state of affairs on Wall Street. But the truth of the matter regarding the above quote is, well, the truth of the matter.
There just really are few things that can't be accomplished if you simply GO TO WORK.

Lucas County OH Home Values and New Auditor's Site for Toledo OH Real Estate - 02/22/09 02:55 PM
The Lucas County Auditor's website has a new look. AREIS (Auditor's Real Estate Information System) and a button to Challenge your Value can be found on the right side of the home page under Real Estate Info. Foreclosure Prevention also has its own page.
Homeowners who wish to challenge their property value, as listed at the Auditor's Office, can do so through the Board of Revision (BOR) process before the March 31, 2009 deadline. Contact a REALTOR to help you to determine neighborhood values before the deadline.

This is my pooch - Belva Dear Holyfield. Belva is named after my granny. Dear is well, obvious, right? And Holyfield is because she has a chunk out of her ear.
These pics were taken while I was trying to come up with some candid shots for a youtube marketing video.
Anyone who wants to make it through the stress of this economy needs to have a dog.
She is my calming drug - except when she wants to go out at 3am or during an ice storm or when she swears quite unlady-like at the squirrels.

Everytime I see this video I think "if THEY can do THAT, then I can help people get through the housing crisis!" Unbelieveable creativity for one, but just think of the preparation and determination and practice, practice, practice. Which brings back to what I said above about ...
