We have just listed a beautiful mountaintop 0.60+/- acre lot, in the Sandy Shores Heights community. This home sits in a private golf community that is simply breath taking.  I have always promised myself not to use breath taking in my real estate discripions, as it sounds kind of phony. Our Buyer Resort Seminars are up and running, at Long and Foster, Deep Creek Lake.
They are offered every Thursday through out the Summer at 10:00 A.M. 
These were successful last year and I actually closed some buyers.  The feed back was that they learned alot about the area and the information helped them make an informed decision.  Some topics include Types of Real Estate, The difference between LakeFront, LakeAccess and Split Lake Access Homes, Dock Types, Should you rent? Places to Shop, Eat and Explore.
