I had a lovely beach weekend in South Florida!  The weather was great, nice breeze on the beach, and the water was absolutely beautiful. 

On my way back to Orlando, I stopped at Applebee's in Fort Pierce for dinner.  Take a look at the appetizer that was served.

Unfortunately, I took a bite BEFORE realizing it.  The manager apologize and took $4 off the check.  That was actually insulting. 

My reason for posting is to share the incident, warn you about the dangers of raw chicken and to make a point about customer service.  I could have made a scene and paid nothing or I could just post the photo.  I shared it on Facebook, Twitter and here.  A picture is worth a thousand words.

I sincerely hope you are never served raw chicken, by the way!  And if you are, that the restaurant treats you a little better than taking $4 off the bill.  Shame on Applebee's!
