What will you find in 2009? Success, frustration, new experiences, a new you? Every year we look back to the previous year and think, what could we have done different or change to have made more sales or be a better Realtor? Hi Everyone, I was just thinking how important it is, at such a sensitive time in Real Estate, that we are careful about how often we throw our opinions out in the world to anyone that will listen. Considering that someone from south Florida asks me what I think the market will do, or how the bailout will effect us, I can only respond by what my experience is in my own local market. To all Realtors, I would like to say thank you and Congratulations for working so hard no matter how long it takes. If you make it to closing, than you most likely did everything you could for your Buyers and/or Sellers to make sure the transaction had a happy ending. I am in the process of getting ready to close in 6 days on a home I had listed for approx. 8 months, mainly because of the Buyers market and the over $600,000 price tag.
