A Great Place to Start! Dover DE agent goes Back to General Brokerage

Hello Fellow Rainers! I'm NEW! I hope you will gain some tips and insight from me, as I will from YOU!

My market area is the tiny state called Delaware (Dela-where?!). After many years in General Brokerage in other states (mostly Greenville SC but also Alpharetta GA and Richmond, VA), I decided to move to Delaware's Resort Beach areas to sell new homes. I've worked in five new home communities all over Delaware since!

Although I did well in new homes, I had so many buyers ask me if I could take them to other communities. Since I represented the builder I could not. I've missed doing creative marketing and the variety that comes with General Brokerage. Delaware is a small state so the state is my territory!

Recently my builder closed some communities, including mine, so it seemed like the right time to go back in to real estate to list and sell! I'm excited!

While promoting the builders I got to know many real estate offices and found that my favorite office was Keller Williams, Central Delaware, in Dover. So here I am! I'm in process of getting cards, email address etc but knew I could join this group TODAY!

I have a strong interest in technology so I'll be checking all the groups! I have a huge mailing list that I've handled well with Outlook, but may want to upgrade! Any pointers you might want to share would be appreciated! I'd also like pointers on which groups to join.. I got through only 6 pages of a ton of groups available.

I expect to be a frequent participant and look forward to making some great online friends!
