I believe in a win-win scenario when it comes to real estate transactions.  I am sure that many of you do as well.  Finding a buyer, however, isn't that easy.  I mean a qualified, ready, willing and able buyer.  The kind that knows exactly what they want (ahem) and to whom you don't have to show 30 homes before half heartedly making an offer on one (usually, the first one you showed them...).  :)

Educating the consumer is key; it's about helping them find what it is that they truly desire in a home.  Helping them with financing, offering to genuinely consult with them and dedicate yourself to their benefit is all part of the job.  So, what's the big deal?

I'd like to hear some creative ways people have used to get to the heart of the matter with buyers - and how they have kept them as active clients.
