This week, so far, has been a wild and wooley one in Fremont County, at least for me. Last weekend was the Apple Blossom Festival in Canon City. The town doubles in size with visitors - and we love it! Monday I had a closing on a small 2.5 acre vacant land parcel and Weds I had a closing on a large ranch and house and inbetween was a tour of homes. One of my listings is getting so many showings I should charge admission! And over the course of 3 days I had a B.P.O (brokers price opinion) that took more time that
