water: Source of Water and Disclosures - 11/25/07 04:59 AM
As of January 1st 2008 Realtors will be using a new buy sell contact in Colorado.
There are many changes with the new contract (Sec10,10A,10B,10C,10D,10E,10F0) but one of the most significant is the water disclosure and addendum(SWA35-8-07).
