Westfield NJ is famous for

Walk along the downtown area in Westfield NJ and you'll feel like you've stepped into a totally trendy place. There's Starbucks, Gap, and my favorite, Cold Stone WestfieldCreamery, to mark some of the highlights of the town. Westfield is west of Garwood, east of Fanwood, and along Central Avenue one can take a short ride into Clark and areas west.

Westfield's homes are traditional - when I think of the style I picture a family sitting down having Thanksgiving dinner - and the beautiful homes and quiet streets bring back images of how Westfield was back 60 or 70 years ago. Drinking lemonade, smelling cookies, while sitting and rocking on a porch swing. That's what I think of looking at those homes that seem like mansions to some.

Westfield NJ to Summit NJ - Where was Denise Broesler 6/20/07?

Today was a busy day for me!  I first went to meet Governor Christie Todd Whitman at a Wells Fargo reception in Springfield.  I was with Julie Keane and Adam Dubeck, Esq.  Then I went to my office in Summit and to Westfield to go to Cold Stone Creamery, the best ice cream in town!!!!  Of course I stopped in Pinera Bread for some coffee.  Getting ready now for a listing appointment in Westfield tomorrow.  Wish me luck!  All my best, Denise Broesler, RE/MAX Achievers.

The Comings and Goings of a RE/MAX Realtor in Berkeley Heights, NJ

Hi everyone,

I have been contacted by the producers of a new show called "Real Estate Road Test" for TLC and the format is new to America. The premise of the show is they take a young couple or family looking to buy a home and, based on their preferences and needs, select three potential "dream" properties and let you spend the night in that one house "road testing" it before you decide whether or not it's for you. It's a great opportunity for you guys to have some fun and actually test out some homes. (Boy do I wish I could have done this...)

They are looking to cast within the next week and to film within the next three to four weeks. Here's the criteria: you have to be over 21, must reside in NJ and be looking to buy in NJ and you must be serious buyers (start emailing Mike for those preapprovals at michael.campanaro@wellsfargo.com). They're looking for vibrant, outgoing people and I'm sure you'll have lots of fun.

If you're interested, please email me and I will send you the necessary contact info right away. They will be working all weekend so I'm told and being a realtor, so will I.
