North Liberty Iowa Real Estate Market Report October 2009 After posting my monthly reports for the Iowa City and Coralville real estate market it's time to take a first look at the North Liberty real estate market. Looks like I saved the best till last...39 homes sold in North Liberty in October 2009 compared to 29 in October 2008. That's an increase of 34%. The median price of homes sold in October was $142,900, which is down by 20% compared to last year.
