236 homes sold in North Liberty in the 2nd Qtr 2010 compared to 175 homes sold in the 2nd Qtr 2009. That's an increase of almost 35%. This is my sixth real estate market report this week and the thing that jumps out in all of them is that condo sales are on the rise. If you look at the numbers for Iowa City and Coralville you will see that condo sales are on the rise there too. Fantastic (0 comments)

North Liberty Real Estate Market Report June 2010 Compared to June 2009 109 homes sold in North Liberty in June 2010 compared to 80 homes sold in June 2009. That's an increase of 36% and not surprisingly the best in the area. What jumps out in the graph above is that condo sales have increased by almost 47% compared to last year! If you look at the numbers for Iowa City and Coralville you will see that condo sales are on the rise there too. We have a market saturated with condos so this is great to see. I don't (4 comments)

71 homes sold in North Liberty in May 2010 compared to 53 homes sold in May 2009. That's a 33% increase. According to our MLS homes in North Liberty spent an average of 88 days on market in May 2010.
