Well, certainly, I want to wish everyone a happy new year. But I had a couple of questions first. First, can we really wish for a happy new year or do we have to take steps to create this happiness on a consistent basis? Second, and perhaps more important....what is happiness for you? In my experience as an agent, coach, manager etc I have learned that happiness is not limited or truly defined by what you get, but how you get it and more importantly, why you want it in the first place. I may want to make $500,000 but how I choose to approach (0 comments)

Breakthrough by Breaking Out! - 12/17/08 11:14 AM
I was doing my continuous improvement thing and I came across information that on a base level explains why today, agents may find themseves stuggling or challeneged as compared to a few years back. The thought: "You cannot grow with what you already know. Breakthoughs require tapping into new wisdom, additional information, and getting out of your own head. Otherwise, you will find yourself recycling the same level of knowldege and insight you already possess." Now, here is the catch....is this is true....then when markets change, as this one has, we can be in for a very bumby ride, should we allow ourselves (1 comments)
