highlands ranch co: Denver Relocation Info: And The Wild Winds Blow - 02/19/11 09:28 PM
Denver Relocation Info: And The Wild Winds Blow There are 2 things I have found over the years about Denver winters that are surprising to my Denver relocation clients. #1) That we aren't always buried in cold & snow from November through March. We covered that a bit lately, so I won't really cover that again today. #2) The second being the wind. When we get our warmer temps and the mountains are getting a good deal of snow, it can tend to be very windy here on the front range. I am not meteorologist by any means so I

Highlands Ranch Colorado Homes For Sale: Lantern Hill Neighborhood The Lantern Hill neighborhood in Highlands Ranch is a very nice neighborhood that is built with Joyce homes. When the neighborhood was first being built, it was highly talked about as it was fairly different than many of the other Highlands Ranch neighborhoods with some unique floor plans. Located at the southern end of Highlands Ranch with some lots having open space, its a great location close to schools, shopping, recreation centers, parks and more. The Lantern Hill neighborhood is a part of the Douglas County School District and feeds into

highlands ranch co: Happy Thanksgiving from Highlands Ranch Colorado - 11/25/10 09:54 AM
My house is still quiet but before long it will be a bustle of activity. My family is coming this year to our house - everyone lives local, so no long drives. But we still all get busy in our own lives and it is not often that we all come together at the same time. We have all had our own challenges this year, some more challenging than others. But we gather together to give thanks to what we have - most importantly - our freedom, our health and our families. Enjoy today with your own family & friends. Re-live

Highlands Ranch Ranked #12 as Best Places to LiveIn the August 2010 issue of CNN Money a list of the 100 Best Places to Live was published and Highlands Ranch CO was ranked as #12. The blurb on Highlands Ranch highlights factors such as over 8,100 acres of open space, the parks & community activities as a draw as well as the school districts. As someone that very much enjoys the amenities of the area, I would agree – I enjoy the open space, trails and parks on pretty much a daily basis. And as a Highlands Ranch Realtor®, I know

highlands ranch co: Highlands Ranch Living - New Sheriff Station Under Construction - 02/21/10 01:04 PM
Highlands Ranch Gets A New Sheriff’s Station I spend my share of time traveling in and around Highlands Ranch and the south metro Denver area every day. I pay attention to both residential housing and commercial development. Although I don’t really broker commercial real estate, I know it is important to have a sense of the commercial market as it can often impact the quality of life for the communities I specialize in such as Highlands Ranch. Recently, ground has been broken for commercial building in Highlands Ranch. This is basically at the corner of Highlands Ranch Parkway and
