lone tree real estate: Living in Douglas County- The Schools - Keeping Track of the Tracks - 07/25/08 10:05 AM
I recently worked with a very nice couple that is going to be moving to the Denver suburbs from out of state. They had three children and although they are very young right now, they plan on staying here for quite some time so they had a lot of questions about the schools in the Denver area. The communities that they were considering were all in the south Denver suburbs - all in Douglas County - they were Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines and Lone Tree. They had heard and read a little about the Douglas County Schools - they already

lone tree real estate: Living in Lone Tree - Great Mexican Food at Rio Grande - 07/19/08 09:38 AM
Last weekend we decided to eat out and everyone wanted Mexican food, so we decided to head over to Rio Grande in Lone Tree. There is also another one in Denver- its actually in LoDo not far from Coors Field. But for this dinner out we stayed closer to home. The Rio Grande has been one of our favorites since the Lone Tree location opened - the chips & salsa are great and everything else on the menu is fabulous too. It is also one of the place I recommend checking out when the first move to the Denver area. My

lone tree real estate: Denver Real Estate Market Reports & Sales Trends - Highlands Ranch & Lone Tree - April 2008 - 05/16/08 11:45 AM
April 2008 - Highlands Ranch Real Estate - Lone Tree Real Estate - Sales & Market Trends in Denver's Suburbs The Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree areas of Denver's south metro real estate market are still seeing decent activity. THis is the area that is found in the Denver MLS as DHL. I dislike repeating the same mantra - but price and condition are going to be key if you are a home seller right now. With that said, activity is up with an increase in closed sales and pendings in Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree, especially in regards to single

lone tree real estate: Highlands Ranch Real Estate - Lone Tree Real Estate - Homes Sales - Market Report - March 2008 - 04/12/08 01:46 PM
Highlands Ranch real estate and Lone Tree real estate - together in a market report. Its an interesting comparison right now. If I separated it out for you right now, Highlands Ranch would have better sales statistics numbers than Lone Tree homes sold. Why? Well, there is a number of reasons. But for the sake of argument, I am going to keep them together for this post since they are lumped together by the Denver MLS. Highlands Ranch is still seeing decent activity, I especially have noticed an increased in activity in the under $350,000 price range. The regulars still come

Lone Tree, CO - LONE TREE REAL ESTATE & HOMES SALES NUMBERS FROM FEBRUARY 2008 REAL ESTATE MARKET ACTIVITY REPORT - SINGLE FAMILY HOMES Lone Tree is located in northern Douglas County, CO and has an extremely desirable location to many due to its close proximity to several area business centers such as the DTC and Meridian. And because it resides in very close proximity to the crossing of I25 and C470, commuting to downtown Denver (by car or light rail) and out to the Lockheed plant is a breeze as well. lone tree real estate: Highlands Ranch Real Estate - Lone Tree Real Estate - Market Report - December 2007 - 01/14/08 10:07 AM
Happy New Year! Welcome 2008! But part of moving forward is to take a moment to look at the end of the year statistics for Highlands Ranch Homes and Lone Tree Homes. Denver area Real Estate sales are notoriously lower during the holiday season and this year was no exception. With that said, there were buyers out there - I had them, as did many other Denver REALTORS® that I know. Yet for the most part, they weren't buying? Why - first - MANY sellers take their home off of the market during the holidays. Also, many Denver home sellers will wait

lone tree real estate: Highlands Ranch Real Estate / Lone Tree Real Estate - Market Report for September 2007 - 10/20/07 04:53 PM
Highlands Ranch & Lone Tree Real Estate - Market Repport for September 2007 Highlands Ranch real estate is improving. Days on market are just over 2 months for Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree homes sold. Once homes are priced right, they get 97% list to sold price. So it is still a buyer's market to some extent, but sellers are not "giving" their homes away. Don't expect to "steal" too many homes. The message for Highlands ranch and Lone Tree sellers is if your goal is to move before the end of the year, then get your home to the

How bad is it? Well, In Highlands Ranch, not so bad. It could be better, but the bottom line is homes are selling. But the big line from me will continue to be, is all about price.
