For the last several years I have heard these great stories from investors all over the world talking about how they "flipped" a house for $100,000 quick profit or other magical get rich quick scenarios.  I have seen some of these with my own eyes so I know that they are real.

Clermont County Ohio Housing Information - 11/06/08 12:35 PM
Right now with buyers and sellers trying to figure out the market most sellers are unable or unwilling to lower the asking prices on homes.  Buyers are out trying to find the best deals and can usually pick off the lowest priced listings within 30 days of initial listing time.  The homes that are not being sold quickly and don't get price reductions are subject to a long number of days on the market.  I have listings ranging in price from $104,900 to $1,750,000 and there are no contracts in on any of them right now.  I will keep you posted … (2 comments)
