It's useful for Mortgage companies, Realtors, Appraisers, Title companies, Buyers, Sellers and anyone who has an interest in property taxes, rates and assessments for all 50 states and DC.  

It has links to all 50 states and DC on the first page and a separate page for DC and each state with county links.  Easy to navigate from one state to another state from each state page.  

It also has links to all state and most county association/boards of Realtors.
