I've been coordinating the work that has gone on at this property for the last month and the homeowner just listed it with a realtor today for $6,000 more than they had discussed before staging!  I did the staging consultation as if the house was going to be occupied and then they decided to vacate the property so that it would be easier to sell.  I didn't get the best "before" pictures because some of the work began before the person living there moved out, but I thought I'd share what I had.  I've looked at the comps and I think it looks very good as compared to other properties in the same price range.  Crossing my fingers for a quick sale!
