The Cincinnati Real Estate Market has been positively impacted by the home buyer’s tax credit.  Home staging in Cincinnati has become an integral part of the selling process.  However, many sellers rushed to get their homes on the market.  For some, the rush to “just get it on the market” may have taken precedence over getting the house ready for the market.
