I love my profession because   
Well my start in this career was not by choice.  I was kicking and screaming the entire time.  
"I will not be in the same business as my parents... no way!!!".    You know I worked very hard to be the rebel in my family.     
Ultimately, I've always been a worker... early on in life I held multiple jobs.  Why, because I loved the freedom it gave me.  After years of fighting it I left a very successful psychology practice... basically because I didn't want to work with crazy people anymore.

I don't know about everyone, but personally I am sick of here all the "Doom and Gloom" out there in the media.    How do we as agents fight the negative press??????  :::drum roll please:::  
Here's a suggestion, Think positive..Work positive!!!!

Would you believe me if I told you  
                    The sky is falling..............  
                    The world is flat..............  
                    Football has an impact on my Real Estate market.     
Its true... at least for me it is and I wonder if you'd agree.   
For years now, when people asked me "When does the market start picking up".   I tell them... "right after the Super Bowl".  
Ahhh did I hear you say ...  "Dez you are a genius"....   No, but I think I believe the logic.

I was born in California ...  and I refuse to be referred to as a Jersey girl... My parents decided to torture me by moving to the east coast.  This I will never forgive them.  Don't say.. "oh but  look at you now... blah blah blah" ... I have the mind of a Cali gal and want back!!

Hamilton Township - Market Report - January 2007 - September 2007 - 10/02/07 10:03 PM
  
Well with another month gone we are quickly approaching the fall market.   Hamilton Township, Mercerville, Yardville, Hamilton  is still holding steady with a current supply of homes at six (9) months.   As mentioned in previous monthly reviews, this is above what we would consider a "great" market but still consistent with contacts every month.   The ideal market supply is six (6) months or less.    
 I strongly believe we still have some "fire" left in the 2007 market place and if you are considering a move you might want to consider it strongly before the year end.  And with the extra supply of homes and the recent reduction in … (2 comments)
