Chino Valley is located 10 miles north of Prescott, AZ on Hwy. 89. Elevation of 4000 ft., primarily rolling grasslands. We have a rural lifestyle, most homes are on acreage. We are a growing community. We have great riding areas with lots of state land. Easy commute to Phoenix, Laughlin, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Sedona.
